General Overall Provisions
1) ARTISTS.Selection is an Artists Booking Platform of HERALIC.Concepts-Ing. Mag. Andreas Heralic Business Consultancy & Advertising Agency. Rendered services by ARTISTS.Selection are carried out strictly on the basis of the following GTB. Different GTB`s of an artist, a client or the manager of an artist will not be accepted. Different arrangements are only valid if ARTISTS.Selection has signed a written agreement with the contracting party.
2) ARTISTS.Selection holds agreements with artists or their management regarding performances of these artists for economic clients (subsequently called „Clients“). Henceforth the term „Artist“ comprises male and female artists as well as the management of an artist.
3) The Artists Booking Agency „ARTISTS.Selection“ signs an agreement with the client in the name of the artist (and after the subject matter of the performance has been prearranged) and calls in due payments for the artists and the agency.
